The Vacancy

OVERALL SUMMARY

Join TrinityBridge Investment Services Team in this process-driven role that forms part of the foundation of investment analytics at TrinityBridge.  The team delivers Performance information and reporting used by Investment Managers, Clients, Boards, Risk and Senior Management.  It does this through collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders across the business and technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver daily processing needs in a team-based environment
  • Support the team in ad-hoc tasks and investigations
  • Provide quality control for data upstream, and from day to day processing
  • Focus on Performance related activities including input to improvements
  • Build strong interpersonal relationships within the team
  • Apply calculations and produce appropriate reporting / visualisation of outcomes
  • Communicate concisely and openly
  • Maintain process documentation
  • Build strong interpersonal relationships within the team

 

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:

  • Experience in a similar role preferable
  • High level of Excel or other coding skills. VBA and Alteryx desirable
  • Numerate and methodical
  • Understands simple workflows
  • Eager to learn with an interest in developing an understanding of asset management and multi asset investing
  • Team player who is willing to help colleagues when under pressure and proactive seek support
  • Proactive approach to problem solving problem
  • Able to manage own workload without direct supervision
  • Approachable and helpful, with good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
